Sheryl has been coaching leaders toward greater effectiveness for 10 years. She has a heart for developing people and a unique ability to ask powerful questions.
Working with North Group Consultants in Lancaster, PA, from 2005 to 2015, she gained thousands of hours of experience with businesses providing organizational assessment, leadership coaching, team development and hiring assistance.
Early in her career, Sheryl was a White House aide to First Lady Nancy Reagan. She wrote for the First Lady, planned her events and, at her first White House luncheon, mistook her finger bowl for soup.
Having observed the habits of successful people (and some less so) in the nation’s capital, Sheryl developed a speaking and writing career on the essential role of good manners. Random House was intrigued and gave her a book contract. Sheryl’s book, 365 Manners Kids Should Know, and its second edition, have sold 100,000 copies and been translated into multiple languages.
